Meet Amanda

Recruitment Consultant

I recruit across integrated and creative advertising and marketing agencies, content agencies, and PR agencies. I have three years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, alongside 12 years of hands-on marketing and project management experience, which helps me understand the realities of agency life and what great talent looks like in action.

I love supporting individuals as they navigate the unique challenges and strengths that come with finding their next role. Taking the time to get to know them properly and finding the right match when it comes to the organisation they move to.

I want every conversation to help people feel considered, capable and seen, and for clients to feel confident they’re meeting someone who will truly excel in their team.

Top tip for candidates and/or clients

Fresh perspectives will challenge stale assumptions. Be open to working in a new way, potentially with people who have wider sector or life experience. Sameness rarely drives innovation.

If I Were a Brand I’d Be

Nintendo: Playful, creative and full of energy, with a knack for bringing people together and making every interaction feel fun and memorable.

Out of Office You’ll Find Me

With one or all five of my dogs. You read that right, five! My band of misfits (dachshund, corgi, cocker spaniel, saluki and newfoundland) keep life interesting. I also enjoy live music, reading, comic conventions and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
