But sometimes someone we have placed doesn't fit in the way

that we all thought they would.

Even in this unexpected scenario
we want to keep you happy.

That's why,

if one of our permanent placements doesn't work out during their first thirteen weeks, you can receive a refund.

The amount we refund will be based on the number of weeks completed.
