With 20 years in recruitment, I’ve seen how much the right move can change someone’s career, and how important it is to get the detail right for both candidates and clients.

What I love most is matching talent with opportunity: there’s genuine satisfaction in helping someone land their dream job or make a positive career change.

You will find me in the garden, trying to tempt the plants to grow, or in the kitchen, cooking up a storm (I’m no baker though). I also enjoy the outdoors, walking or cycling along the river or in the park.
