I recruit across the charity and Not-for-Profit space, with a focus on environment, energy and climate tech.

After many years on Stopgap’s B2B team specialising in Tech, I now work across the Not-for-Profit sector, where I job-share with the brilliant Lara Fisher-Jones. I work Mondays and Tuesdays, and Lara covers Wednesday to Friday. Together, we provide seamless support throughout the week.

I bring 12 years’ experience, and what I love most is being curious and really understanding what makes people tick (both candidates and clients) so we can make the kind of matches that feel right for everyone.

Top tip for candidates and/or clients

The most successful job searches start with self-awareness. Take time to understand your natural strengths, working style, and what truly motivates you — not just what looks good on paper. Being authentic throughout the process, from your CV to interviews, not only builds confidence but also helps you find roles and environments where you'll genuinely thrive. Remember: the right job will value you for who you are, not just what you can do.
