Principal Consultant

I recruit across the built environment spanning property (from residential and new homes, build-to-rent, luxury real estate, student accommodation, social and affordable housing, retirement living, through to commercial, office and flexi co-working spaces and industrial), as well as design and build and interior fit-out companies, and architecture and planning, construction and engineering businesses.

I bring 15+ years in marketing and over 9 years in recruitment, and making the switch is something I’m genuinely proud of. I finally found my happy place! What I love most is the people: placing amazing marketers with amazing companies, and then watching them settle in, grow and flourish.

Top tip for candidates and/or clients

If you’re one of those people, like me, who grew up not knowing what you wanted to do…it’s ok. There’s no time limit on finding the right career for you.
