Russell Simpson is a family-run business who work with an outstanding selection of luxury real estate across West London and are experts in some of the capital’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
Finding marketing talent direct with the right skills and cultural fit at the time of (re)building the Russell Simpson brand was proving to be a challenge and time consuming, which is why Viktorija sought out Stopgap following a recommendation.
Building out a marketing team to support Viktorija’s efforts in taking a traditional English business into the digital age, with specific skillsets required for social media, photography and videography. Finding candidates to align with the family’s visual design aesthetic and editorial copy style was key.
